Jeremy Martin is a strength and conditioning coach with a unique blend of formal education and experience in high performance athletics and traditional strength training and competition.

Jeremy has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and a master’s degree (also in Kinesiology) with a focus on strength and conditioning and coaching science. He was also employed by UBC Varsity Strength and Conditioning as a graduate assistant and has had the opportunity to work very closely with multiple varsity teams at the university (including the 2015 national champion football team).

Jeremy is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a national level weightlifting coach through the NCCP. He has experience coaching and competing in weightlifting and powerlifting, as well as competing in strongman.

He is equipped to help athletes of all levels move better, get stronger, and perform their best.
